We are a friendly, fast-paced pediatric dental and orthodontic practice looking for a motivated and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team! If you love working with kids, value teamwork, and enjoy making patients smile, we’d love to meet you.ResponsibilitiesAssist the dentist and orthodontist during pediatric and orthodontic proceduresPrepare treatment rooms and sterilize instrumentsTake dental x-rays and impressions as neededAssist with orthodontic procedures (brackets, bands, wire changes, etc.)Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment careMaintain accurate patient recordsHelp create a fun, positive experience for children and familiesQualificationsDental Assistant certification or relevant experience preferredExperience in pediatric dentistry and/or orthodontics is a plusX-ray certification (required or preferred, depending on state)Excellent communication and chairside mannerEnergetic, patient, and comfortable working with childrenStrong attention to detail and ability to multitaskWhat We OfferCompetitive pay based on experienceSupportive, team-oriented work environmentTraining opportunities for the right candidateBenefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, BonusesCompensation:$19-$29/hour
