If you've ever imagined your "perfect hygiene department" - this is your chance to build it and create it with us!Requirements:Valid Minnesota Dental Hygienist licenseTech-savvy with digital records (including digital x-rays, digital scanner, pano, and photos).Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.Roles & ResponsibilitiesAs a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), you play a critical role in promoting oral health & preventing dental diseases. We are counting on you to help our patients by:Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments: Reviewing medical histories, taking dental x-rays, and assessing oral health conditions.Dental Cleanings & Periodontal Care: Prophylaxis Cleanings, Scaling & Root Planing, Polishing, treating periodontal diseases, placing sealants, administering localized antibiotics, assisting with anesthetic, etc.Patient Education: Providing oral hygiene instructions, nutritional counseling, and guidance on preventive measures to maintain optimal oral health.
