Responsibilities: Create and maintain a safe, secure and pleasing environment for our patients/residents, their families, our employees and guests as our nursing center Facilities Director. You will be responsible for nursing center maintenance and housekeeping operations. *Report to the Nursing Home Administrator *Lead, guide and direct the work of technical maintenance staff, contractors, or subcontractors.*Oversee the maintenance of buildings and grounds, including renovations, expansions, and improvements. *Review requests for maintenance and prioritizes maintenance activities based on urgency and availability of resources.*Inspect building and grounds regularly to identify current and potential maintenance needs. Qualifications: *Five or more years of sub-acute/long term care maintenance and life safety experience. Department head experience is preferred.*Experience in management and training of personnel is required.
