Medical Surgical Float Pool - Travel Registered Nurse

Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical Float Pool experience. • 3 months of experience with Epic is required from last 2 years. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission). • This role will require floating to multiple units • Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Staffency Program - Bellin and no current placement allowed at Program: Staffency Program - Bellin. Additional Details: An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager. Required Skills/Experience: 1 -2+ years Med/Surg experience. Must have experience with venipuncture and Cardizem. Shift & Scheduling: - 8hr/12hr Variable NOCS (must be flexible). Shift is 7pm-7:30am. and 8 hr night shift is 11pm-7:30am. - Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend and holiday rotation Floating Requirements: Traveler will be floating as needed within skillset to observation unit, Cardiac unit, medical unit, surgical unit, ortho/neuro unit, inpatient rehab and/or transitional care unit and gaining their comfort surrounding this. Facility will try and keep them in 1-2 like units, but have the potential to float to another unit. 14 days maximum time off.
