Reliability Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in the chemical manufacturing industry, is seeking a Mechanical Reliability Engineer to join their team. As a Mechanical Reliability Engineer, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting operational excellence and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Design and maintain reliable, safe production systems to optimize manufacturing efficiency. Identify, develop, and implement innovative solutions to enhance process capability and performance. Support continuous improvement activities, including kaizen events and process optimization projects. Investigate process abnormalities and facilitate corrective actions through structured problem-solving. Collaborate with shift teams to sustain performance and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. What's Needed? Bachelors Degree in Engineering  Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional  On the floor experience; working with tanks, pumps, rotoformers Open to someone greener (less than 3 years experience) What's in it for me?
