If you have a passion for precision, attention to detail, and are eager to build your skills, apply now.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a High-Speed Stamping Press Operator to perform critical operations in our manufacturing process. This position will be Full-Time onsite Work schedule: 1st Shift Mon to Fri 7am-3pm, with OT on weekends as needed What You’ll DoOperate high-speed stamping press assembly reels (plastic and cardboard), including making minor adjustments to auxiliary equipment such as strip welders and vision system(s)Perform quality checks per the Quality Inspection Process (QIP), including visual checks with a microscopeTake specified measurements per print at required intervals using tools such as comparators, ram optics, toolmaker’s scopes, and gaugesRetrieve completed components and load empty reels from the staging areaOrder raw metal and change stock as neededMake minor press adjustments to the system as required, including machinery lubrication, air pressure, and ram heightWhat You'll NeedRequired:Ability to acquire basic job skills and learn company policies and procedures (no prior relevant training or work experience required)Basic understanding of machinery operation and willingness to learn minor equipment adjustmentsStrong attention to detail and adherence to quality standardsFamiliarity with measuring tools such as comparators, toolmaker’s scopes, and gaugesExperience performing quality inspections using microscopes or similar toolsPhysical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standardsAbility to conduct repetitive tasks on machinery and work with tools and equipment for extended periodsMust be able to lift and move materials as part of the jobSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the workspaceReasonable accommodation statementIf you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to or (888) 824 – 8111.$15.00 per hourThe pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
