Description Divisional Vice President (DVP)We are seeking a dynamic Divisional Vice President (DVP) to lead and scale a large, multi-state healthcare division encompassing Home Health, Hospice, Palliative Care, Personal Care, and Private Duty Nursing. With integrity at the center of all we do, we know that when we support you and your community, you’ll change lives every day.As a Divisional Vice President (DVP), you will: Provide executive oversight for multi-state, multi-site operations across all service linesDrive clinical quality, patient outcomes, and regulatory complianceLead divisional strategy, growth initiatives, and market expansion (acquisitions and de novo)Own full P&L responsibility, budgeting, and financial performance for a $70M–$110M+ divisionBuild, mentor, and develop high performing leadership teamsEnsure audit readiness and compliance with federal, state, Medicare, and Medicaid regulationsDeliver clear, actionable performance reporting and serve as a senior organizational ambassadorTo Qualify as a Divisional Vice President (DVP) with us: Bachelor’s degree is required; advanced degrees in health care administration, nursing, or a related field are preferred.10+ years of progressive leadership experience in home health, hospice, or post acute care10+ years of progressive leadership experience in home health, hospice, long-term care, or related post-acute settings. with a minimum of 10 years in multi-state, multi-site management positions.Proven success managing multi-state, multi-site operations with $70M+ in annual revenue.Strong financial acumen, executive presence, and data driven decision making skillsExperience leading large scale growth, change, and integration initiativesTravel & Work Environment:Extensive travel (80–85%) across assigned marketsCombination of office, healthcare, and community based work environmentsHeadquartered in Columbus, Ohio, our team is the largest franchise network within the Interim HealthCare family.
