Job DescriptionAramark Healthcare+ is seeking candidates for a Patient Services Manager position at Rogers Behavioral Health located in Oconomowoc, WI. The Patient Service Manager will support the Patient Services Operation in the Food & Nutrition Department and will be responsible for developing and executing dining solutions to meet patient and customer needs and tastes. This person will utilize technical training and interpret government mandated nutritional standards in the healthcare industry on food health to develop healthy menu implementation plans. Job ResponsibilitiesPatient Experience & Clinical CollaborationServe as the primary liaison between Food & Nutrition Services and clinical partners (RDs, nursing, providers)Meet directly with patients to address meal concerns, preferences, allergies, and satisfaction issuesTranslate patient feedback into actionable culinary and service improvementsSupport Press Ganey and patient satisfaction initiatives related to meal serviceNutrition & Menu OversightValidate nutritional accuracy, allergens, and therapeutic appropriateness of menus and recipesEnsure all menu items align with clinical nutrition standards and diet order requirementsCollaborate with culinary teams to balance nutrition, palatability, and feasibilityMaintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards related to patient nutritionMenuLogistics & Culinary OperationsOversee recipe builds, nutrition labeling, and diet rule mapping within MenuLogistics alongside MenuLogistics support staff.Partner with culinary leadership to ensure menus are operationally executable and clinically soundSupport menu updates, seasonal rotations, and special dietary programmingLeadership & CommunicationFoster strong working relationships between dietary, clinical, and operational teamsParticipate in interdisciplinary meetings and patient care discussions as neededSupport training and education for dietary staff related to nutrition standards and patient service expectationsAct as a calm, solutions-oriented presence when navigating patient or clinical escalationsCompliance:? Requires at least two years of patient food service experience and some management experience is preferred.?
