Job Description

The work for the Digital Commerce Product Manager position is completely remote anywhere in the United States except Hawaii or United States Territories.  RESPONSIBILITIES  Product Planning and Execution (35% of time)Market and Customer facing role collaborates across departments to identify business needsDevelop and execute product roadmaps for specific feature areasDrives targeted outcomes/KPI objectives via prioritized features and technical enablersContribute to and participate in monthly product review meetings with senior product leadershipProduct Development (40% of time)Utilize agile methodologies within your product areaWorks with product owners to communicate business requirements and establish feature acceptance criteria, accepts features into the productCommunicates new enhancements to the organization and customersMarket and User Research (15% of time)Conduct monthly competitive analyses of 2-3 key market competitorsParticipate in quarterly user research sessions with customersLead ongoing analysis and insights of adoption and business performance to support stakeholder decision-makingTeam Collaboration & Cross-functional Coordination (10% of time)Present weekly product updates to stakeholdersWork closely with Engineering, Design, and QA teams throughout the product development cycleCollaborate with Marketing to develop product messaging and launch plansWORK ENVIRONMENTRemote: This role is fully remote, and the associate is expected to perform assigned responsibilities from a home-based environment.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of total professional experience3+ years of experience in Product Management3+ years of experience in eCommerce industry3+ years of experience in sales lifecycle management and digital onboardingExperience collaborating with cross-functional teamsTrack record of contributing to products generating $10M+ in annual revenueUp to 10% travelEDUCATIONBachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fieldThis role will also receive annual incentive plan bonus.Benefits for this role may include health insurance, pre-tax spending accounts, retirement benefits, paid time off, short-term and long-term disability, employee stock purchase plan, and life insurance. To review available benefits, please click here:
