Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required for submission). • This role will require floating to multiple units • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. • No current placement allowed at Program: AHSA Program - Lima Memorial Hospital. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Additional Details: Required Skills/Experience: Post-operative open heart care experience Chest tube and other drain management Experience Pre- and post-procedure care for patients with radial and femoral access Proficiency in cardiac monitoring, including: reading and interpreting cardiac rhythym strips, recognizing and responding to changes in cardiac rhythms Experience with the following procedures and equipment (assisting with chest tube removal, assisting with removal of pericardial pacing wires, management of temporary pacers, including pericardial and transcutaneous devices, use and troubleshooting of non-invasive ventilation (NIV) devices, high-flow oxygen, and other oxygen delivery systems Preferred Skills/Experience: Critical Care Experience Required Credentials: Current and valid DL , government photo ID or passport.
