Caregiver (Memory Support)

Hillside in McMinnville, OR, a HumanGood community nationally rated as 2025-2026 Best Senior Living community for Independent Living and Memory Care by U.S News & World Report, is looking for talented caregivers to join our team!  Under general supervision, the Resident Assistant provides assistance with the personal care and protection of residents in the assisted living level of care. The Resident Assistant actively incorporates CARF/CCAC standards into the daily rhythm of residents’ lives. The role involves developing an awareness of residents’ interests and needs and assisting residents in maximizing their independence and participation. The Resident Assistant works on a one-on-one basis with residents to provide direct care and assists with activities of daily living as well as scheduled program activities.  Schedules Available: Full Time Evening, 4 on 2 off rotation from 2PM-10PM Pay range: $17+ per hour, base pay, depending on years of relevant caregiving experience  Shift Differentials: $2 Weekend Day/Eve   To be successful in the role, you would have: Prior experience working with seniors required Prior caregiving experience preferred Current first aid/CPR certification What's in it for you?  As one of the largest nonprofit owner/operator of senior living communities in the country, we are more than just a place to work.
