RN – Outpatient Salary Range: $35 to $42 per hour, based on relevant years of experienceLocation: Larimer CountyStatus: Full-time Hours: 40 hours per week Role OverviewAs a Registered Nurse (RN), the applicant will facilitate and implement collaborative treatment planning, including but not limited to monitoring vital signs, medication and treatment administration, laboratory testing, on-going physical and behavioral health assessments, engagement with clients and families alike, coordinating transitions of care, and ensuring compliance with all rules, guidelines, and directives. Required:Unencumbered Colorado license as a registered nurseWill train a new grad with strong interest in Behavioral Health and withdrawal management Licenses and Certifications:Colorado or Compact licensed nurse in good standing in state of licensure requiredRegistered Nurse License requiredValid Colorado driver’s license or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record requiredDORA license or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire requiredBasic Life Support Certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire Total Rewards At SummitStone Health Partners, we are proud to offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package designed to support the well-being of our team members.
