$24/hr FT/PT Security Officers Needed in MadisonAvailable Shift:Full Time / Part Time Pay: $24/hourMinimum Requirements:Must have previous security experienceMust have current or renewable WI State Security LicenseHS Diploma, GED, or HS EquivalencyMust have computer skills, including database experienceMust have experience with CCTV/camera systemsMust be able to perform walking patrols and toursMust be able to stand, walk or sit for extended periods of timeMust past on-site drug test at time of hireObjectives:Ensure a safe environment for visitors and employees with active patrolling and monitoring of the campus and a strong professional appearance and attitudeSafeguard personnel, company assets, customers and visitorsRespond immediately and appropriately to incidents as they ariseCollaborate with on-site team and management, and with Per Mar supervisorsResponsibilities:Provide access control in and out of the gate: logging all trucks, vans, etc.Walking patrol of the campus inside and outside to secure buildings, doors, gates, etc. regardless of weather conditionsMonitor surveillance and access control equipment and perform inspectionsComplete daily reports as neededInvestigate and take appropriate action as situations arisePreferred Qualifications:Advanced skills with computers, security equipment, and surveillance systemsExperience in one of the following fields:SecurityLaw Enforcement/Political ScienceMilitaryCriminal Justice/CorrectionsMilitary/EMSWe are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity in our workforce.
