Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience. • Experience with Cerner is required from any number of months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted. • Flu vaccination required for submission. Shift & Scheduling: Call Requirements: N/A Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend/ 2 weekends per month Floating Requirements: Cook is a mandatory float facility, all resources are required to float at the facilities discretion. Cook has the ability to request that any clinician float outside of their “home” facility as long as the floating does not exceed 50 miles. Travelers may receive notification to float 2 hours before their shift. There are no home units. Your clinician could be floated to a variety of units, including outside of their primary area of competency. 5 days maximum time off.
