Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 annual salary: Base salary with incentive opportunities Opportunities for growth and development What You’ll Do Lead and support service team operations and workflow Coordinate internal repair orders and communicate schedules with the Used Vehicle Team Manage approvals, deliveries, and tracking with the Recon department Process service invoices and warranty repair orders Oversee rental operations, vehicle deliveries, and cleanliness standards Partner with advisors and accounting to close out repair orders each month Support Express and Main Shop administrative functions Uphold Walser’s Core Values: Do The Right Thing, Lead By Example, Display Positive Energy, Be Open Minded What You’ll Bring 2+ years of automotive dealership or service leadership experience Strong organizational and communication skills General automotive knowledge and computer proficiency Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required Valid driver’s license and clean driving record What’s in it for you?
