Required Skills/Experience: O-ARM, Adult Acute Care, Emergency Department, Operating Room, Abdomen/ GI, Enema Studies, Equipment, Fluoroscopy Studies, Chest and Thorax, Chest routine, Head, Orbits, Skull, Lower Extremity, Ankle, Femur, Foot, Knee, Tibia-fibula, Mobile/ Surgical, C-Arm procedure, Portable abdomen, Portable chest, Professional Knowledge and Skills, Preparation and/or administration of contrast media, Spine and Pelvis, Cervical Spine, Lumbar Spine, Pelvis, Thoracic Spine, Upper Extremity, Clavicle, Elbow, Forearm, Hand, Scapula, Shoulder, Wrist Preferred Skills/Experience: • Teaching Hospital Experience, Community Hospital Experience • Adult Outpatient, ICU, NICU, Abdomen decubitus, Abdomen supine (KUB), Abdomen upright, Barium enema- air contrast, Barium enema- single contrast, GE, PACS, Barium Swallow/Esophagus, Contrast Enema, Upper GI series, Carestream, Fuji Required Credentials: • Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past. • BLS: Must be AHA (Instructor, Provider, or RQI) or “Heart&Stroke” certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation only. • Drivers License/State ID: Government issued photo ID. • References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years Unit/Facility Details: Parking Cost: No Fee Special Requests: • Must have a vehicle for this assignment. • You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. • RTO must be listed at time of submission. • All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. Shift & Scheduling: • Currently determining schedule, but will most likely be a day to mid-shift 4/10s • On Call: 1/month • No weekends Details: • AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined. 6 days maximum time off.
