Job Title: Advisor Compensation Service Representative   Job Type: Direct Hire   Location: La Vista, NE or Oakdale, MN (Hybrid)Schedule: M-F, 8:30AM - 5:00PM CSTPay: $42,000 - $47,000 (DOE)   Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Advisor Compensation Service Representative to join the Commissions Service team within a financial services organization. In this role, you will support advisors and internal teams with commission processing, compensation inquiries, and customer service requests. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, able to learn quickly, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.   Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities: Independently handle simple to complex customer service inquiries via phone, email, and internal ticketing systems related to advisor commission paymentsBuild and maintain strong working relationships with advisors and their administrative teamsEducate advisors on accessing commission-related information through online tools and resourcesResearch and resolve commission discrepancies and processing issuesCollaborate with internal broker-dealer departments and external product sponsors to resolve errorsParticipate in identifying process improvements related to commission servicesMeet established quality, accuracy, and production metricsOccasionally assist with commission transaction processing from third-party entitiesPerform additional duties and special projects as assigned Qualifications & Requirements:  High school diploma or equivalent required.Previous customer service experience required; 2-3 years preferred.Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.Ability to build trust and maintain effective working relationships with advisors and internal teams.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel preferred.Experience with commissions, compensation, financial services, or broker-dealer environments is preferred but not required.
