Location: Overview: The Server Assistant will ensure food is run hot and fresh off the line, tables are cleared and cleaned for our guests and drinks refilled. You will also assist the bar with similar duties, help with bar glass rotation and refilling ice bins. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to exceed guest’s expectations, have an infectiously positive attitude, and work well as part of a team. To be successful, you should be well-organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment, be able to prioritize and have high multi-tasking skills. Responsibilities: Welcoming GuestsMaintain the cleanliness of dining area and serving stationsBussing dining room tablesResponding to guests’ requests and informing management of any complaintsStrong knowledge of food and beverage offeringsEnsuring the timely delivery of food itemsEnsuring the server station is adequately stocked with necessary suppliesMust be self-motivated and willing to assist wherever needed. Qualifications: Physical requirements include the ability to work long hours, Medium work – Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, ability to multi task.Possess the ability to bend, stretch, twist or reach with your body and arms, work under variable temperatures and noise levelsAbility to stand for long periods of time without sitting or leaningMust possess excellent communication skills; fluency in English requiredFood Handlers Card Required.May require walking primarily on a level surface for periodic periods, throughout the dayRequires infrequent lifting and carrying of 1-25 pounds
