You will partner closely with business users and IT teams to ensure systems are stable, scalable, and delivering meaningful business value.What You’ll Work OnProvide day‑to‑day application support for shop floor systems, including incident, work order, and change request management through ITSMPartner with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional system solutionsSupport system administration activities such as application maintenance, master data management, patching, and troubleshootingAssist with system expansions and ongoing maintenance, including data ingestion from shop floor instrumentationSupport system validation activities, including test case execution, system configuration, and validation documentationContribute technical expertise to implementation initiatives and larger projects, supporting project and program managers as neededAssist manufacturing teams with hardware and software solutions related to testing or measurement challengesDeliver user training sessions and develop system support and knowledge documentationProvide guidance and oversight to less experienced staff membersRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree4–7 years of relevant IT or application support experienceAt least 1 year of shop floor application support experience within a manufacturing environmentExperience with SQL and analytics toolsStrong ability to work independently with minimal supervision while coordinating with technical and business stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems, including Proficient SPC MIExperience with environmental monitoring and shop floor data collection systemsFamiliarity with system validation in regulated or controlled manufacturing environmentsPrior experience supporting or contributing to cross‑functional IT projectsLearn more about our health and wellness benefits, which provide the security to help you and your family live full lives:  Follow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
