CDL B Driver Details  Schedule: Mon - Fri, 2 pm - 10.30 pm, Occasional Saturday Pay: $21.50/hr  Route Type: Local Freight / Load Type: General Freight Equipment: 26ft Box Truck, Automatic transmission Handling: Light Touch CDL B Driver Minimum Requirements:   License: CDL B Experience: 6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience  Equipment Experience: Box truck experience required Valid DOT Medical Card Solid verbal and written communication skills Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)  Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements  CDL B Driver Responsibilities:   Safely operate, transfer, and deliver freight utilizing a box truck and/or other equipment Move product in a 26-foot box truck Operate material handling equipment to load and unload materials in a safe manner Maintain required documentation, including daily logs, vehicle inspection records, mileage, unloading and shipping records Conduct thorough and accurate pre-trip and post-trip inspections and provide documentation upon completion; ensure proper closure of trailers Provide basic equipment maintenance and report equipment malfunctions as necessary Properly secure loads and ensure all loads are within weight limits Benefits:  Medical, dental, and vision insurance  Paid time off  401(k)  Referral program    Why Work With TransForce?  Join TransForce and see why our drivers are proud to be on the TransForce team.
