As a member of the Long-Term Care (LTC) Leadership Team, you will have specific responsibility for the product roadmap and associated solution development process. This includes leading cross-functional teams and coordinating across programs. This role will need to build strong relationships and work closely with other areas in LTC Actuarial, the Strategic Insights team, IT, USLI and CareScout Leadership to ensure success in executing on LTC benefit solutions. You will also be primarily responsible for monitoring the impact of programs and solutions to the health of the legacy block. This role will coach and mentor to develop team members from both technical and business acumen perspectives while fostering a strong and positive culture of inclusiveness and collaboration.What you will be doingLead LTC product strategy and develop team members both from a technical and business acumen perspective; create a collaborative, inclusive and high-performing culture.Partner with all other LTC and CareScout Leadership teams to ensure success and cohesive messaging.Communicate key metrics & progress to goals with multiple internal stakeholders.Establish Genworth’s credibility and leadership in the LTC space, building strategic relationships with key stakeholders across the industry.Drive product roadmaps that shape and advance industry frameworks for LTC products, actively participating in external forums and influencing policy and regulatory directions.Provide thought leadership on how to improve processes to free up resources to focus more on strategy and less on process.Ensure product development process is efficient and holistic.Evaluate long-term vision of team as we continue down path of self-sustainability; aligning strongest resources with most important goals.Support strategic initiatives across USLI. ​What you bring15+ Years of experience in product strategy and developmentExperience managing multiple teamsStrong presentation skills and experience presenting to senior leadershipAbility to manage concurrent deadlines and multiple prioritiesStrong project management skillsEmployee Benefits & Well-BeingGenworth employees make a difference in people’s lives every day.
