In this role, you will direct workflow for warehouse employees and lead their team to meet and exceed daily targets. You will manage day to day work operations and evaluate work performance. Assists manager in the total leadership and operations with initiative, leadership and continuous improvement thinking.*** This is a Monday- Friday, 1st shift role. Shifts are primarily between 6AM-2PM with additional flexibility needed. ***Primary Responsibilities:Hiring, on-boarding, training, scheduling, and assigning work to new hiresPromotes and reinforces safety and security awareness and compliance among all colleagues.Assists with coordination of processes and assignments for the distribution area to ensure the delivery of consistent work products.Executes daily activities and operational plans for the distribution area's strategies to enhance the culture of excellence and innovation across the enterprise.Manages day to day operations in a warehouse section to ensure daily targets are met or exceeded.Conducts performance appraisals using various reports, summaries, and procedures as necessary to resolve problems and improve employee efficiency and warehouse operations.Coordinates processes and assignments for areas within the warehouse to achieve a balanced workload and meet daily operational metrics.Required Qualifications3+ years’ experience within a Distribution Center/Warehouse2+ years supervisory experience1 year of experience with Microsoft OfficePreferred QualificationsKnowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System)Background in Six Sigma production techniquesBi-Lingual preferredEducationVerifiable High School diploma or GED is requiredAnticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$43,888.00 - $85,068.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  Our people fuel our future.
