The Valet Attendant also delivers packages within our Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care community as needed. Our Valet team will be friendly, safety-focused team members who support resident hospitality services at Belmont Village Aventura.The ideal candidate is reliable, takes initiative and has a high standard of personal excellence. Belmont Village Valet Attendants excel in a fast-paced engaging position, collaborate effectively and prioritize exceptional hospitality while helping seniors thrive as they age.YOUR TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIESEnsuring safe operation of the customer's vehicle in accordance with all applicable laws and ordinances.Providing parking and retrieval of customer vehicles in designated spaces, recording location and number and safekeeping of keys and ticket.Making hospitality, customer service, care and satisfaction the priority in every interaction while assisting with opening of vehicle/building doors as necessary.Ensure a positive first impressions for guests by helping maintain a tidy entryway and parking areaDeliver packages within the community as neededQUALIFICATIONSHigh School diploma or equivalentValid Driver's License with a clear driving recordMust be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written EnglishAt least 6 months prior experience in a related positionDemonstrated willingness to learn and workProfessional, pleasant and team oriented attitudeConsistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the communityPlease note that the above Responsibilities and Qualifications provide a general overview of the primary duties for this role and the basic qualifications.
