Anheuser Busch is seeking part-time Brand Development Representatives to be part of the team and assist in driving sales. Open up your future by working as a Sales intern and you will be part of a fast growing company driven by groundbreaking ideas and innovative culture. What We Offer:Average 20 hours/week spring/SummerHourly Pay $25.00 per hour Responsibilities:Travel to various Control States with Monday Check-in meeting with Anheuser Busch Control State PersonnelRetail and on premise sampling and event execution Attend Broker General Sales meetings (virtual or in person)Work with Brokers to learn the Control States distilled spirits business model including pricing, discounting, shelving and display strategies Work with AB distributors and brokers in the fieldPresent internship recap to Anheuser-Busch, Broker, and Advantage team at the end of the program Qualifications:Enrolled in Bachelor or Master Degree Program1 year plus working as Bartending experience (On Premise Sampling experience is a plus)Due to the dispensing of alcohol, you must be 21 or older and requires Responsible Alcohol TrainingReliable means of transportationDaily access to a PC computer with internet/email accessMust be available to work Wednesday-Sunday eveningsPassion for meeting new people and evangelizing outstanding productsEngaging, outgoing, approachable personalityExcellent verbal/written communication skillsAccess to reliable transportation within your territory is criticalExcellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to make oral presentationsAbility to develop strategic plans and make sound decisions to grow the businessTrack record of building and maintaining customer/client relationships and customer satisfactionFlexible and adaptable; Impeccable time management skillsStrong computer skills and daily Internet accessMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiencyApply today to join this exciting, growing industry, and be part of a team that is best in class for alcohol promotions.
