Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 10 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience within the past 3 years. • Travel experience is preferred from any number of months. • Experience with Epic is required from any number of months. References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. Shift & Scheduling: Day / Night or Nights If you accept a 12D/N rotating contract, you may be scheduled for days, nights, or a combination of both, depending on the department’s needs. Shift assignments are reviewed every 4-week scheduling period, but changes are not guaranteed and are based on staffing priorities at that time. Self-schedule Requests: You will enter your schedule requests so we can see your preferred schedule before balancing and posting the final schedule Weekend Requirement: Variable based on unit needs Pre-Approved Time Off: 1 Request Floating Requirements: To other MedSurg Oncology units Details: • AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
