Duties for our Dental Assistant Include:Welcome patients in the dental officePrepare patients for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfortSelect and set up instruments, equipment and material neededSterilize instruments according to regulationsAssist the dentist through 4-handed dentistryObtain diagnostic quality xraysHelpful if experienced with Digital Impressions- will trainAbility to obtain accurate impressions with Alginate and assist Doctor with PVSUnderstanding and follows OSHA and HIPPA requirementsImplant Knowledge : Straumann, Zimmer and BioHorizon- a plus!Experience with Aligner TherapySome Lab workMaintain Organized and clean work enviromentInventory Control-supply orderingComfortable discussing treatment with patientsDigital Clinical notes usedCompensation:$29-$35/hour
