We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dentist to join our experienced and supportive team. This position offers mentorship, autonomy, and a clear path to professional and financial growth within a practice that truly values its people.ScheduleFull-time / Part time opportunity with flexible scheduling:• Office is open Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Friday 8-3 pm.Compensation & Benefits• 30% of collections if monthly production is under $80,000 or 32% of collections if monthly production exceeds $80,000• $7,000 sign on bonus• $900 daily guarantee• 401(k) with employer match• $2,000 annual continuing education allowance• Health insurance• Bonus opportunities• Low cost of living in the area with high earning potential• Stable and busy patient base with more than 6,000 active patients• Opportunity to earn $250,000 or more annually, depending on skill and efficiency- Services provided in the office include general day to day procedures with addition to Implants, Endodontic therapy, and Clear aligners.Why Join Our TeamAt Farahay Family Dental, we believe success comes from serving others first.
