At QCD, where you start is just the beginning.In This Role, You’ll:Audit palletsMonitor & track expiration dates, ensuring the FIFO methodTrack inventory data and product movements using internal systems (JDE or similar)Monitor and reconcile inventory across multiple zones (dry, cooler, freezer)Provide reports to the warehouse and operations teams for real-time decision-makingSupport cycle counts, audits, and inventory clean-up initiativesEnter change orders, update records, and flag inventory discrepanciesPay & Benefits:Starting pay: $20.00/hr. – $22.00/hr. DOEWeekly pay (every Friday)Health, dental, and vision coverage after just 30 days. The company pays 60% of the premium.401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and moreCompany-provided uniforms and work shoesWhat You’ll Bring:High school diploma or equivalent1+ year of warehouse, inventory, or data entry experienceExperience using a stand-up forklift and reach truck Experience working in a freezer/cooler with temperatures below 0 degrees Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs., possibly consistentlyStrong attention to detail and data accuracy; confident with Excel and inventory systems preferredExperience with JDE/JDA inventory management systemsClear communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teamsThe Schedule & Setting:Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler, and freezer zones)Receiving Clerk: Starts at 6:30 a.m. and ends at 3:00 p.m. (Monday - Friday), working until the work is completed.Inventory Clerk: Starts at 8:30 a.m., working a 10-hour day (Sunday - Wednesday)Flexibility required for holidays and operational needsWhy Join Us:We’re not just in the business of distribution - we’re in the company of development. More than 67% of our team has been with us for 3+ years, and that’s no accident.
