We have a fun, patient-focused, and professional team; and are looking for a Registered Dental Assistant who will complement our practice.We are searching for a Registered Dental Assistant that will be involved in all aspects of the patient experience. If you are a CA licensed RDA, highly organized, dependable, flexible and interested in long term employment potential, then this might be the place for you.Duties include, but are not limited to:Assisting dentist in all aspects of chairside patient careAssisting in hospital setting treatmentDigital ChartingTaking X-raysCoronal PolishingOral Hygiene Instruction for patients and parentsSterilizationPatient Set-up and Clean-upOffice Supply ManagementBasic Office UpkeepQualifications:Current CA RDA License, Coronal Polishing License, X-Ray Certificate & CPR CertificateTeam player with an outgoing and patient personality, who enjoys working with childrenOrganized, self-motivated, responsible, and attentiveCapable of multi-tasking and thinking outside the box when necessaryAbility to communicate clearly and put people at ease; making families feel like welcome guests at our officeBasic computer skills (Microsoft Suite, Internet etc.)At least two years dental office experience (Preferred, but not required)Working knowledge of Eaglesoft computer program (Preferred, but not required)Must be available 3-4 days a week (schedule may vary), Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; part time options also considered depending on your availability.Pay is very competitive, based on experience, and benefits include, paid vacation, holidays, and sick days, as well as, a matching retirement plan.Our outstanding team gets it done and still makes time for fun!
