Job DescriptionAramark is hiring a Maintenance Worker to support facilities operations at a Kohl?s corporate office campus. This role is responsible for the day-to-day building maintenance, repair, and preventative maintenance of office facilities to ensure a safe, professional, and fully functional work environment.The Maintenance Worker performs routine inspections, responds to service requests, and supports building systems including plumbing, lighting, minor electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs. This position works closely with site leadership and vendors to maintain operational reliability and compliance with safety and building standards.This is a hands-on general maintenance technician role within a commercial office setting.A resume is required for consideration.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform routine building maintenance and preventative maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general facility systemsRepair and replace plumbing fixtures including toilets, sinks, valves, and associated componentsRemove and replace sections of piping (cast piping to CPVC) within scope of training and authorizationPerform minor electrical maintenance including replacing lamps, ballasts, switches, and receptaclesConduct basic HVAC maintenance including filter changes and cleaning condenser and evaporator coilsComplete minor carpentry and building repairs to maintain interior components and fixturesInspect facility systems and address issues to minimize service interruptionsClean, lubricate, and service mechanical and electrical components as requiredSafely lift, carry, and position materials and equipmentRequisition parts and tools with proper approvalsMaintain accurate work orders and maintenance logs using facility management systemsFollow OSHA standards, electrical codes, plumbing codes, and safety regulationsReport safety concerns or abnormal conditions to site leadership promptly At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. In order to meet our commitments, job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice.Qualifications5+ years of experience in general building maintenance, commercial maintenance, or facilities maintenance preferredStrong hands-on experience with:Plumbing systemsMinor electrical repairsHVAC maintenanceMechanical systemsPreventative and corrective maintenanceExperience maintaining commercial office buildings or corporate facilities preferredWorking knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety standards, and building codesAbility to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independentlyProficiency with Microsoft applications and computerized maintenance systems (CMMS preferred)Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple work orders and prioritize tasks effectivelyAbility to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended standingAbility to apply practical reasoning and basic math skills in daily work functions This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
