The Senior Financial Analyst will apply knowledge of financial processes to provide OneStream support for the businesses. This role will function under the Enterprise Reporting and Controls (R&C) team to enhance the delivery of planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial close for all global business units. The incumbent will actively work with the businesses to seek system and process enhancement opportunities and assist in enhancement and implementation initiatives from end to end (requirements gathering, testing, go-live, etc.). The incumbent will also support the FACTFinder application in issue resolution.This role is not hybrid/remote and will report to our Global Headquarters in Cleveland, OH. Please be aware, Sherwin-Williams recruiting team members will never request a candidate to provide a payment, ask for financial information, or sensitive personal information like national identification numbers, date of birth, or bank account numbers during the application process.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS Serve as point of contact for communication to operating division power-users for all OneStream development and use.Work with end-users to troubleshoot issuesAid in gathering business requirements for all production enhancementsAid in gathering business requirements for all future OneStream projectsProvide clear and constant communication between the OneStream group (Finance & IT) to articulate what changes will be happening via OneStream and Data Relationship Management (DRM) monthly.Support OneStream/EPM/FactFinder Projects & ProductionLiaise between Business Segments and IT DevelopersCreate/adjust webforms and reportsInbound/Outbound data interfacesSystem testingData integrityFacilitate requirements-gathering and testing of system enhancementsPartner with enterprise finance teams to understand processes and document requested changesCreate and execute test scriptsVerify data using data sheetsUtilize Jira to manage testing and defects.Coordinate System Performance TestingWork with the various business teams to help gather and document system requirements for various business processesDevelop and conduct end user training and change management materialMaintain up-to-date reference materials and process guides in a shared locationConduct regular and ad hoc training sessionsPOSITION REQUIREMENTSFORMAL EDUCATION: Required: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or business-related field.KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:Required:3+ years of Finance/ Accounting ExperienceComfortable with financial systems and working with ITPreferred:4 years actively engaged as a Financial Analyst with increasing responsibilityStrong analytical skillsExperience working in various financial systemsERP or EPM system experienceProject leadership experienceFP&A / R&C experience TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTSRequired:Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain confidential information Ability to be a team-oriented individual with a high degree of flexibility and work ethic Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word) Preferred:Strong multi-tasking skills to handle multiple priorities and projects Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail Experience working with OneStream, EPM, Oracle GL, or other financial systemsTravel: 10%
