Job Duties and Responsibilities:Coordinates activities as directed by the Supervisor of a group of associates in a designated area in order to maximize productivityTrains new associates on department procedures & job duties.  Retrain associates on methods & procedures                      Monitors associates, identifies errors & corrects as neededMaintains accurate & efficient department operating procedures.  Maintains adherence to safety & processing standardsReports all discrepancies to Supervisor in a timely manner.  Communicates with other department supervisors, leads & own team membersHandles & responds to minor issues dealing with process & operational proceduresResolves operational problemsReads, understands & interprets report.  Coordinates paperworkMaintains a safe & clean work environment.  Performs all functions of the department to accomplish tasksOther duties as assigned#DSGDCT2QUALIFICATIONS:High School Diploma or equivalentExperience in distribution center/retailCandidates must be at least 18 years of ageWMS-Manhattan & PMMSMust be able to lift up to 50 lbsVIRTUAL REQUIREMENTS:At DICK’S, we thrive on innovation and authenticity.
