The Senior Manager, Pharmacy/HUB Performance at Jazz is an analytical expert who will be critical in tracking key HUB and Pharmacy metrics that align with the patient journey. This individual will generate analytics and program insights, collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and help further elevate the analytical strength of Patient Support Service. The Senior Manager will support the monitoring of key metrics and analyses and contribute to the sharing of these insights with stakeholders throughout the organization.In this role, the Senior Manager will contribute to developing analyses and delivering reports that inform key decisions related to Pharmacy and HUB operations. The position will also support the creation and tracking of ongoing metrics and KPIs while monitoring trends across current and future patient support and adherence programs. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of specialty pharmacy and HUB service workflows, along with familiarity with patient support programs such as co-pay, PAP and broader payer landscape trends.The Senior Manager role integrates business insights across multiple data sources and supports strategic decision-making. This position requires a strong foundation in data analysis, statistical methodologies, and a solid understanding of pharmaceutical industry dynamics to effectively inform business objectivesWe are seeking a candidate with a track record of analyzing complex programs and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. This role reports to the Associate Director, Oxybate Operations and Pharmacy/HUB Performance and requires approximately 30% travel to vendor sites, conferences, internal meetings, etc.Essential Functions/ResponsibilitiesSupporting Business DecisionsDevelop and execute the analytics strategy aligned with Patient Support Services objectivesIdentify opportunities for generating and leveraging data and analytics to improve pharmacy operations and patient support program performanceGenerate concise presentations outlining key findings of analyses that can be presented to leadership to help the decision-making processDriving Strategy & Operational EfficienciesTrack and monitor key HUB and Pharmacy operational metrics, identifying notable trends, performance shifts, and areas that may require further investigationStay current on pharmacy/HUB industry trends and data standards and incorporate relevant updates into reporting and analytics when appropriateBuild a strong understanding of vendor data feeds and work with internal and external IS partners to help troubleshoot data issuesSupport both planned and ad-hoc analytics requests, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to business stakeholdersContribute to data-driven decision-making by providing clear, actionable insights that support partners across the organizationUtilize statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data visualization techniques to derive actionable insightsBuild and maintain reports and dashboards by querying databases and using BI tools such as Tableau and PowerBIMaintain and enhance dashboards that provide real-time visibility into operational performance across the patient journeyTranslate complex analytical findings into clear, understandable insights for non-technical stakeholdersStrengthening Partnerships & ValuesCollaborate closely with Patient Support Services team members to support their analytical needsPartner effectively with a wide range of internal cross-functional teams (e.g., Brand, Analytics, IS) and external counterparts to help achieve franchise objectivesSupport vendor-facing workstreams by applying solid business understanding and helping prioritize tasks aligned with business goalsEnsure stakeholders remain informed of project plans and have clearly set expectations on executionFollow regulatory requirements related to data privacy, security, and ethical standards in all analytical workMaintain strong data integrity by supporting the upkeep, accuracy, and quality of databases and analytical toolsExemplify Jazz valuesRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPointAdept with data visualization tools including PowerBI and TableauProficiency in analytical tools and programming languages such as R, Python, SQL based query expertiseStrong experience in the application of advanced analytics, predictive modeling, data integration, and reporting techniques to solve business problemsOutstanding organizational skills, time management, and dealing with conflicting prioritiesExperience interacting with management, understanding, anticipating, and fulfilling their insight/analytical information requirementsInvolvement with vendor relationshipsRequired/Preferred Education and LicensesBA or BS with a concentration in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business, Statistics / Mathematics, or related fields is required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred5+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, with a solid understanding of pharmaceutical data and processesExperience in pharmaceutical access, reimbursement, or specialty pharmacy processes including knowledge of co-pay, PAP and payer landscape trends, commercial systems, and analytics preferred#LI-Remote Jazz Pharmaceuticals is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any characteristic protected by law. FOR US BASED CANDIDATES ONLYJazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices and we strive to provide employees with total compensation packages that are market competitive. For this role, the full and complete base pay range is: $156,000.00 - $234,000.00Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, and other pertinent factors. The goal is to ensure fair and competitive compensation aligned with the candidate's expertise and contributions, within the established pay framework and our Total Compensation philosophy. Internal equity considerations will also influence individual base pay decisions. This range will be reviewed on a regular basis.At Jazz, your base pay is only one part of your total compensation package.
