Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced RN to join our Inpatient Psychiatry Unit in Boston, a 16-bed secure inpatient unit.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding nursing care to patients and families in our inpatient psychiatric unitMaintaining a safe and therapeutic milieu.Providing education to patients and families.Facilitating group therapies.Overseeing behavioral tech and counselor staff.36 hours, day/evening rotations, occasional nights, every other weekend and rotating holidays.Minimum QualificationsEducation:A bachelor's degree in nursingExperience:1+ years of RN experience, preferably in a behavioral health setting. Inpatient and pediatric experience preferred.Licensure/CertificationsCurrent Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse (RN)The posted pay range is Boston Children’s reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
