Together, we provide a holistic, in-house approach to healthcare that truly transforms lives.Responsibilities:Conduct thorough assessments of patients to understand their medical history, current health concerns, and lifestyle factors.Provide medical consultations in our clinic and via TelemedicineDevelop individual patient treatment plans based on diagnosis and incorporate functional medicine to address the patient’s health issues.Maintain clinical records, including progress notes and patients’ treatment plans, for each patient.Monitor the patient’s condition and responses to treatments and adjust treatments accordingly.Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.Collaborate with other health professionals as needed, both internal and external.Requirements:BCBE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) MD/DO License in WAKnowledge of injections such as IV Infusion therapy, Hormone Pellet Therapy Procedures, trigger point injections, steroid injections, and PRP Joint/Prolotherapy is a plusFunctional Medicine Training or A4M Fellowship preferredSchedule:Full-time, M-F or T-S. Compensation:$200,000 - $300,000+ yearlyBenefits:PTO and Paid holidaysMedical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and more.Internal Wellness Program: $2,000 in annual credits.Continuing Education: Allowance for ongoing support and mentorship.Product & Supplement Discounts401(K) Retirement Program: With employer matchProfessional Development: Enjoy ongoing mentorship, training, and opportunities for career advancement and relocationIf you want to work collaboratively on an interdisciplinary team with other great providers, this is an excellent opportunity to join our unique and effective healthcare model. Our team is a dynamic mix of Functional Medicine Providers, Nutritionists, Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Acupuncturists, and Massage Therapists.
