Job InfoJob Location: Austin, TexasRoute Type: LocalType of Assignment: Temp to HireTransmission Type: AutomaticJob RequirementsExperience: 1+ yearHandling: No-touch freightAdditional InformationFull Time Dispatcher - $24 Per Hour TransForce is seeking a dispatcher to support operations based in Austin, TX.  This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.  Dispatcher Details  Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am - 2pm with 1 hour lunch, MUST be available for weekend and overtime opportunities as needed Pay:  $24 Per Hour Dispatcher Minimum Requirements:   1+ years minimum of dispatcher experience MUST have reliable transportation and flexibility with work schedule Dispatcher Responsibilities:   Yard walk around (validate the perimeter, trailers, notice any anomaly). Report any inconsistencies to Operations Manager. Ensure deliveries, appointments and trailer locations are on time at all times  Perform safety check list Bill on slots for each load Circulation card for empty trailer Email drivers bills Driver assistance with check-in Send bills of vendors to the payment department Keep clean office/breakroom and yard  Keep yard layout concise for operational efficiency Log in/out of each trailer Make sure of "supplies" if needed (office, restrooms & break room) Follow up to Delivery/Appointment Schedule (ensure on-time deliveries)  Payment to vendors on time on completing job  Benefits:  Medical, dental, and vision insurance  Paid time off  401(k)  Referral program  Why Work With TransForce?  Join TransForce and see why our drivers are proud to be on the TransForce team.
