Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experienceJob Summary:We are seeking a highly adaptable, patient-centered Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical Office Float Pool serving the Metro-Longmont Micro Region. This full-time role supports six primary care and pediatric clinic locationsThe Float RN provides comprehensive nursing support across Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics (newborn through adolescence), delivering high-quality nurse advice and occasionally face-to-face pediatric patient care in a fast-paced outpatient setting. This role is ideal for an experienced RN who thrives in dynamic environments, values teamwork, and is confident caring for patients across the lifespan.Schedule: 40 hours per week; flexible scheduling options including 4x10-hour shifts (6:30am-5:00pm) or 5x8-hour shifts (8:00am-4:30pm).Responsibilities:Provide direct patient care in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Pediatric clinic settings (newborn and up).Conduct face-to-face RN visits, including pediatric-specific visits following onboarding and specialized clinic training.Perform patient triage, assessments, medication administration, immunizations, and care coordination.Support providers with clinical procedures, patient education, and follow-up care.Float between regional clinics as needed, including:Longmont ClinicLongs Peak Hospital (Pediatric Clinic location)Carbon ValleyKen Pratt Primary CareBerthoud Primary CareErie Primary CareAdapt quickly to varying clinic workflows while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and patient experience.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless, compassionate care across all locations.This position offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across multiple communities within the region. Requirements:Minimum Required Education: Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years experience. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Required Licensure/Certification: State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider and any relevant certification as determined at position level. Minimum Experience: 6 months of nursing experience.BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.
