Leading this team driving strategic sales growth through maintenance and execution of the Mojo & Smart Stock Programs.  Maintaining an updated knowledge of our programs and policies then ensuring the merch and reset team is meeting all expectations.  A successful candidate will have effectively demonstrated the ability to organize and lead this service team to meet growth and execution expectations.Position Responsibilities:Manage and develop the sales service team through balanced office and field work, including hiring, training, staff retention, and ensuring high service standards while identifying opportunities for employee growth and performance improvement. Growing same store sales growth through category management in store service execution. Maintaining current knowledge of all selling technology and enterprise strategies and applying them to daily use with the Merchandise Team.   Post evaluation and analysis of resets to ensure sales lift.  Develop the daily routing schedule for teams. Monitor Car-Data/GPS usage and analyze data as available. Receive, investigate, and resolve internal and external customer complaints and requests. Ensure OSHA compliance as it relates to equipment and personnel. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial control processes. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.The Ideal Candidate Should Possess: Ability to organize multiple staff with multi-account ledgers to execute geographically efficient routes and effective in-store time management.Proficient computer and Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, etc.); specifically with data analysis.Excellent customer service, internal communication skills, and knowledge of the industry.Familiarity with space planning software and the ability to maintain set integrity when required.Strong organizational and project management skills.#CM-ALLQualifications:• High School Diploma or Equivalent • 5 + years of team management and in-field merchandising experience. • Must possess a reliable vehicle, current auto insurance, and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Company description Core-Mark continues to grow as the industry leader in fresh and broadline solutions for the convenience retail industry.
