The role is not available to outside agencies Polisher What Brought You Here  Total compensation pay range: $19-20 depending on experience  Quarterly safety bonus opportunities  Shift Days and Hours: Monday – Friday 9am to 5:30pm depends on production schedule  Benefits startingâ?¯DAY ONE!  â?¯  Who You Are:â?¯Dependable, team player, strong leader, good communication skills, attention to detail.    What You Will Be Doing:  Operates the upright polishing equipment, which grinds and polishes the edge of glass.  Utilize a tape measure to ensure product is within the product specifications  Strap glass to the carts so they are safe for moving  Daily inspections – Look for any unsafe objects, check equipment, etc.    Skills You Bring:  One year of previous work experience in manufacturing  Must be able to liftâ?¯75lbs unassistedâ?¯& 150lbs with assistance.  Must be able to stand for long periods of time.  Ability to read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels  Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements and effectively use a tape measure  â?¯  Why Trulite:  Truliteâ?¯offers the most comprehensive benefit coverage in the industry.
