POSITION TITLEClient Strategy Manager POSITION LOCATIONNew York, NY or Richmond, VA (Hybrid) YOUR ROLEThe Client Strategy Manager will play a critical role in shaping how CareScout understands, reaches, and serves the many customers who make up the aging and caregiving ecosystem. Our products serve aging individuals, their families and support networks, and the providers and payors who guide them through important decisions. Each of these groups has distinct needs and considerations, and this role will bring clarity to how we define, segment, and serve them. To meet those needs, the role will focus on how we engage and support our institutional partners (e.g., long-term care insurers, affinity organizations), helping them to overcome barriers, activate solutions, and ultimately better serve the end customer. By translating insights into actionable strategies, the Client Strategy Manager will help CareScout reach customers more effectively and deliver solutions that create meaningful impact.What you will be doingTurn insights into strategy by building frameworks, recommendations, and activation plans that guide how CareScout reaches, serves, and supports clientsDevelop a holistic understanding of CareScout’s diverse clients; Work closely with Marketing and CX to identify segments, surface their unique needs, and identify opportunities to better serve themCollaborate with Partnership Distribution team to engage and activate partners (e.g., long-term care insurers, affinity organizations), run analysis and make recommendations to help deliver value to the end customerWork cross-functionally to define customer journeys and critical moments, designing strategies for CareScout to meet customers where they are with timely, relevant offeringsCollaborate with peers in CX to embed voice of the customer and customer insights into every aspect of our strategy from product to distribution to serviceAssess CLTV and segment economics to guide prioritization and identify levers to improve outcomes and long-term valueEvaluate and prioritize segments by assessing value, strategic fit, and scalability of reach, ensuring CareScout focuses where we can drive the most top-of-the-funnel growthCollaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Distribution, and Operations to adjust and align strategy with executionDevelop executive-ready materials to communicate insights, priorities, and recommendations to senior leadershipMonitor performance and impact of client strategies, using data and feedback loops to refine approachSupport special strategic projects as priorities evolve, bringing structure and problem-solving to new opportunities What you bring5-7 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, customer insights, or a related roleStrong analytical skills and quantitative foundation, with ability to use data and structured analysis to break down complex problems and drive recommendationsProven ability to translate insights into strategy, building frameworks, recommendations, and action plans to drive impactAbility to influence cross-functionally without direct authority, building trust and alignment across teams to move initiatives forwardExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to tailor insights and recommendations to senior leadership and external partnersComfort navigating complex ecosystems with multiple stakeholders (e.g., insurers, providers, distribution partners), aligning diverse needs into coherent strategiesExperience leading high-impact projects end-to-end, driving execution discipline and measurable resultsIntellectual curiosity and empathy for clients, with commitment to understanding their journeys and challenges to better serve themProficiency in core strategy tools (Excel, PowerPoint); Experience with data visualization tools a plusFor candidates based in the New York City Metropolitan area, the base salary pay range for this role starts at $125,000 up to the maximum of $160,000. An employee’s pay position within the base salary pay range will be based on several factors at the time of this job posting including but not limited to geographic location, experience, and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible to participate in an incentive plan. The incentive plan is based on performance and the target earning opportunity is 10% of your base compensation. The final determination on base pay for this position will be based on multiple factors to ensure pay equity within the organization.
