Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experienceThis position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote optionJob Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Medical Assistant Educator to lead the development and delivery of high-impact training programs across our primary care and specialty clinic network. This role is responsible for preparing Medical Assistants to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care while ensuring clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is an experienced clinical professional with a talent for teaching, mentoring, and inspiring teams to perform at the highest level.Responsibilities:Design, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive onboarding and ongoing education programs for Medical Assistants in primary care and specialty clinicsDevelop standardized clinical workflows, competency assessments, and skills validation processesDeliver engaging classroom, virtual, and hands-on clinical training sessionsEnsure alignment with evidence-based practice, organizational policies, and regulatory standardsPartner with clinic leadership to identify skill gaps and create targeted development plansMonitor performance metrics and training outcomes to drive quality improvement initiativesServe as a clinical resource and mentor, fostering professional growth and accountabilitySupport cross-training initiatives to enhance workforce flexibility across specialtiesMaintain up-to-date training materials reflecting current best practices and emerging healthcare trendsPromote a culture of excellence, safety, collaboration, and patient-centered care Requirements:Minimum Required Education: High School diploma or GED. Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program, Preferred: Associate Degree in Medical Assisting. Required Licensure/Certification: Certified or registered as a Medical Assistant. Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider. Minimum Experience: 3 years of recent experience practicing as medical assistant.BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.
