What you’ll be doing Provide oversight and supervision of Medical Assistants and Medication Distributors, ensuring safe and compliant medication administration Manage and audit med rooms and medication administration records on a regular basis Coordinate medication passes, med room staffing schedules, and coverage as needed Support hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching of medical and direct care staff Serve as a key communication link between medical, clinical, program management, and direct care teams Collaborate with program managers to support daily operations, staffing needs, and program development Monitor medical-related data and trends to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance Ensure infection control, quality assurance, and safety procedures are consistently followed Participate in treatment planning, crisis response, and communication of resident medical needs Step into Medical Assistant or Medication Distributor duties when coverage is unavailable Anticipated Work Schedule Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with flexibility to provide shift coverage as needed. Job Requirements Educational / Talent Requirements: Medical Assistant Certification or 2 years of applicable experience Demonstrated leadership skills required Demonstrated ability to communicate in both written and verbal formats to meet positions responsibilities Ability to interact with staff and clients of diverse populations required Current drivers license with acceptable driving record according to Hope Network policy Work Experience Requirements: Minimum of one year experience in a residential or healthcare setting required Minimum of one year in a supervisory position preferred Our strength lies in diversity – empowering us to meet the distinct needs of over 34,000 individuals we're honored to serve each year.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
