In collaboration with the patient, the patient’s family and other members of the health care team, the clinical RN assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, delegates and coordinates treatment plans and the plan of care.What qualifications you will need:REQUIRED LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONS1.
