Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.How you’ll make an impact in this role Lead the perioperative journey by advocating for patient safety and managing comprehensive nursing care before, during, and after invasive procedures.Coordinate the sterile field by expertly selecting instrumentation and anticipating the surgical team’s needs to ensure a seamless operative flow.Execute advanced clinical support, including wound exposure, suturing, and hemostasis, to directly assist physicians in achieving optimal surgical outcomes.Monitor and communicate real-time physiological changes while meticulously preparing high-tech surgical suites to maintain the highest standards of clinical excellence.What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration:Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire dateor job transfer date required. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida required. Credentialed from State Board ofNursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtainedprior to hire date or job transfer date required.One or more of the following:Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
