Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.How you’ll make an impact in this role Deliver Comprehensive Patient Care: Execute high-quality clinical nursing by implementing individualized care plans and managing physician orders in strict adherence to organizational protocols and safety standards.Optimize Clinical Outcomes: Monitor and record real-time patient conditions, utilizing critical thinking to communicate status changes and ensure timely medical interventions.Lead Multidisciplinary Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between healthcare disciplines to synchronize treatment efforts and foster a seamless, patient-centered care environment.Streamline Continuity of Care: Spearhead complex discharge planning and transition strategies, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure patients have necessary resources for post-facility recovery.What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration:BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
