In collaboration with medical providers and other members of the care team, the RN provides individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models such as “Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.” The RN serves as an advocate for patients/families/caregivers and models a commitment to the organization’s vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.What you will do in this role: You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care for assigned patientsYou will participates in activities to plan, measure, assess and improve the quality of patient care.You will assume the responsibility of charging the unit, as needed.You will be responsible for assessment of patient with telemetry monitoring.You will be responsible for maintaining customer friendly atmosphere.You will model and reinforces behavior consistent with goals for teaching the patient, communicates patient status to appropriate member of the healthcare team, and provides support to the family, as needed.
