Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.What You’ll Be DoingLead safe, reliable, and efficient daily operations of the aggregates facility.Build a high‑performing team through clear expectations, coaching, and development.Drive continuous improvement in production, maintenance, and overall site performance.Ensure full compliance with environmental, health, safety, and quality standards.Manage budgets, resources, and production planning to meet operational and business targets.What Are We Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or similarly related fieldPlant Manager, aggregate mining, and maintenance experience requiredStrong people leadership skills with the ability to hold teams accountable.Sound operational judgment and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced plant environment.Commitment to safety, environmental compliance, and continuous learning.Work EnvironmentThis role operates within an outdoor, heavy‑industrial aggregates environment with exposure to weather, noise, dust, and large mobile equipment.
