RN Clinical Educator- CVOR

Overview: Serves as clinical expert providing education, research, coaching, direct care, consultation, leadership collaboration and ethical decision making for patients and surgical services staff. Serves as a change agent and promotes quality through the utilization of clinical expertise. Provides clinical care as needed when staffing and/or case load demands. Communicates patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns to leader(s) as needed. Qualifications: EducationBachelors Degree in Nursing Required Work Experience2 years of Operating Room nursing experience Required Licenses and Certifications Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License Required Additional Licenses and CertificationsBLS certification Required Advanced certification in field of specialty (AORN) Preferred Business Unit : Company Name: Piedmont Hospital
