Member Services Representative

Member Service Representatives will be calling our members to schedule them in a clinic or on our dental vans. We’re looking for someone who can make an impressive first impression and who can build ongoing rapport with each and every patient. Duties & Responsibilities:  -Persuading members to schedule appointment with supplied script -Verifying insurance -Scheduling transportation -Setting up interpreters - Perform other administrative duties as assigned Full Time:  Temporary 8 hour shifts 4-5 days per week. 10am -6pm Location: Capitol Dental Care  610 Hawthorne Ave. SE Suite 250 Salem, OR 97301 Qualifications:  - Must be resilient and target oriented- Previous Call Center experience- Bilingual preferred - Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills- Computer literate a must - High school diploma or GED required  Compensation The pay range for this opportunity is $18.00 - $20.00 an hour depending on experience.     Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
