We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Cash Processing/Funds Transfer to join our Treasury Services Platform Ops team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Monitors Trade transaction and acts as business validators by addressing flags raised by transaction system and acts as first level lead on daily Business and other Projects. Acts as subject matter experts of business with respect to Training and Technology collision. First level manager with respect to team training, Performance, business targets. Preferred Internationally accredited certification like CDCS/CITF/CSDG Managing the daily business requirement and ensuring the trade transactions are accurately performed. Performing the quality check and internal control management. Verify and monitor trade processing like LC Issuance, LC Payments Reimbursements, Advising/Confirmation, Discounting as per details furnished by Relationship Officer and clients Assess exception to process and inherent/residual risk in the process and ensure adequate and effective control management and execution Works directly with clients/Client service office and other stake holders in order to resolve queries and/or to define solutions. Demonstrate the abilities to be extreme flexible to business needs and provide the round the clock monitoring when required Proper handling of Management Information and manage the training and technology need of the team To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience. 5-7 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in financial services operations preferred.
